Privacy Policy

What we collect: Name, email, phone number, project title, special instructions, and uploaded audio files submitted through this portal.

How we use it: Your information is used solely to process your mixing or mastering order. It is stored in Google Sheets and Google Calendar for order tracking and scheduling.

File storage: Uploaded files are stored in Google Drive and are accessible only to authorized Society Sound Studios staff.

Email notifications: We send one confirmation email to the address you provide at the time of submission. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Data retention: Order data is retained for a minimum of 12 months for business records. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@societysoundstudios.com.

Terms of Service

Service: Society Sound Studios provides professional audio mixing and mastering services. By submitting this form you are placing an order for services.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of submission. All prices are listed in USD. Society Sound Studios reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

Revisions: MixterMaster™ includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions are billed at a separate rate. Mastering Only includes 1 free revision.

Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 3–4 business days from receipt of files. Rush orders may be available upon request.

File responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your files are properly organized and labeled. Society Sound Studios is not responsible for missing or corrupted files.

Refunds: Once work has begun on your project, refunds are not available. If you have concerns about your delivery, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
